These terms govern the use of Paperie Print ERP ("the Application"), an internal business system operated by PT. Tulis Bersama Paperie ("we", "us"). By signing in, you agree to these terms.

1. Who may use the Application

The Application is for authorized employees and representatives of PT. Tulis Bersama Paperie only. Accounts are created by an administrator. Public registration is not available.

2. Your account

Keep your password confidential and do not share your account.
You are responsible for actions taken under your account.
Tell an administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

Use the Application only for company business.
Enter accurate information and upload only files related to company business.
Do not try to access features or data beyond your assigned role.
Do not copy or share company, client or vendor data outside the company without permission.

4. Monitoring

For security and auditing, the Application records user activity, including which records were created, changed or deleted, when, and from which IP address. Administrators can review these logs.

5. Confidentiality

All data in the Application, including client, vendor, pricing and financial information, is confidential company information. This obligation continues after your access ends.

6. Uploaded files

Files you upload are stored in the company's Google Drive and belong to the company. Uploaded files are kept as revisions and may only be removed by a superadmin.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Application available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

8. Ending access

We may suspend or deactivate any account at any time, including when employment ends or these terms are breached.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
